DarkPentra is a crypto analytics and intelligence platform that provides market data, AI-driven signals, backtesting tools, and related analytics. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

The Service does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or any other form of professional advice. All signals, predictions, and analyses are generated by automated algorithms and machine learning models. You acknowledge that:

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and risky.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription & Payments

Paid features are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy and applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform.
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense data or signals from the Service.

We strive for accuracy but make no guarantees. Market data may be delayed. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate data or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DARKPENTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DarkPentra, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
